My first Major League action shot... My first appearance in the
'Bigs' since my rookie year in 1987 was actually the night before when I was not so
effective...
This photo was taken the next day during a sunday afternoon game and was a little different story.. I came into the game to strike out Darryl Strawberry and Gary Carter with men on second to get out of a 7th inning jam. I then went on to finish the game and earn my first big league save. I also picked up my first major league at-bat when I hit a fly ball to center off the late Tim Crews. |
